I just noticed on the baby calender gadget thing that tells you how many more days until she's due, it said 100. That's pretty cool...only a 100 days left until I am a father. WOW! What can you say about that? Well....I'm pretty psyched to become a father....I look forward to making it smile, and laugh...I look forward to teaching and playing more...more like a kid I guess and playing less like an adult. I realize that there will be times when I'll want to be doing other things than changing the dirty d...but maybe not. For the longest time I think that was my greatest fear..was letting go more of me and my time..not so much anymore and I don't really know why. I'm sure those times will come along but with such a rad wife like the amazing one I have...I have it made. Thank you Katie for carrying my child, and thank you come May 14th for a glorious 3 short years of marriage. I love you so much and thank the Lord that He brought you into my life.
Lately I have really been enjoying The Reason for God by Timothy Keller, a very insightful book that answers, discusses, and philosophizes about all the challenging questions relating to God and the views that many athiests', agnostics, and other believers challenge with those of Christianity.
Anyhow...other than that trying to keep life simple yet progressive, surfing when possible and worthwhile, and spending good times this spring with my beautiful wife and child to be. Peace and God bless.
